What this means
E-liquids — can't be returned or exchanged (even unopened) unless we sent you the wrong liquids. We're unable to accept returns based on taste.
Disposable vapes — not covered by any warranty. Puff counts are a guide from the manufacturer, and battery/liquid life varies with use.
Pods and tobacco sticks — as hygiene-sealed consumables, they can't be returned once unsealed unless we sent them in error.

If we've sent the wrong item, email [email protected] with your order number and a photo — we'll put it right at no cost to you.
If items are missing from your order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
