I have been charged for delivery even though my order total is more than £35. Why?

Why a delivery charge can apply on orders over £35, and which delivery option qualifies for free shipping.

You may have been charged for delivery due to one of the following reasons:

  1. Delivery method selected
Free delivery is available only through Royal Mail Tracked 48. If you select DPD Next Day, Tracked 24 or Special Delivery, a delivery charge applies regardless of the order total.

  2. Order value calculation
To qualify for free Royal Mail Tracked 48, the goods total must be at least £35 after discounts, coupon codes and reward points are applied, and before shipping is added.

  3. Northern Ireland
DPD Two Day costs £8.99 and is not eligible for free delivery. Royal Mail Tracked 48 costs £2.99, or is free under the same £35 rule.

  4. Jersey and Guernsey
Royal Mail Tracked 48 is the only available service. It costs £2.99, or is free when the goods total is at least £35 after discounts and reward points and before shipping. Royal Mail Tracked 24 and DPD Two Day are unavailable.
