Below are the available delivery options, cut-off times and charges.
UK Delivery
Royal Mail (7 days a week)
Tracked 48 — Free when the order total is £35 or more. Otherwise £2.99. Delivery in 2–4 working days from dispatch.
The £35 threshold is your order total after discount codes and reward points have been applied, and before shipping. Your basket must still be at least £35 once those are deducted.
Tracked 24 — £3.99. Delivery in 1–2 working days from dispatch.
Special Delivery (Next Day) — £7.99 (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed before 4:00 PM Monday to Friday will arrive the next working day.
Orders placed on Friday after 4:00 PM or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
Cut-off times:
Tracked 24 and 48: 8:00 PM daily for same-day dispatch, seven days a week.
Special Delivery: 4:00 PM Monday to Friday.
DPD (Monday to Friday)
Mainland UK — £4.99 for Next Working Day.
Northern Ireland — £8.99 for DPD Two Day, normally 2–3 working days.
Weekend Delivery (Saturday or Sunday) — £9.99.
Saturday Delivery: order before Friday at 6:00 PM.
Sunday Delivery: order before Saturday at 12:00 PM.
Cut-off time: 6:00 PM Monday to Friday for same-day dispatch.
Some Scottish Highland and Island postcodes have restricted DPD options. Available services are shown at checkout.
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands
Northern Ireland: Royal Mail Tracked 48 is £2.99, or free when the goods total is at least £35 after discounts and reward points and before shipping. DPD Two Day is £8.99.
Isle of Man: Royal Mail Tracked 48 is £2.99, or free under the same £35 rule. DPD Two Day is unavailable.
Jersey and Guernsey: Royal Mail Tracked 48 is the only available service. It costs £2.99, or is free under the same £35 rule.
Scottish Highlands and Islands: Royal Mail services use the UK prices above. Please allow extra delivery time. DPD availability is confirmed at checkout.
We cannot deliver to BFPO addresses.
International delivery
Republic of Ireland and other European destinations: £15.99
Destinations outside Europe: £24.99
We do not currently deliver to the United States or India.
The Royal Mail free-delivery threshold does not apply to international delivery. Available international options are shown after entering the full address at checkout.
In-store collection (Preston)
Free — collect from Units 11 and 15, Fylde Road Industrial Estate, Preston PR1 2TY after receiving the ready-to-collect email or text. Please bring valid photo ID.
