If you have just received your dispatch confirmation email, your tracking may not work yet. The courier must scan the parcel for the first time before tracking becomes active, and the dispatch email can arrive before that scan.
When should I check again?
If your dispatch email arrived today and your order was placed before the service's dispatch cut-off, please wait until midnight and check the tracking again.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 orders placed after the 8 pm daily cut-off may not be processed until the next day.
DPD orders placed in the evening are after the 6 pm Monday-Friday cut-off and may not be processed until the next working day.
Orders placed after a service's dispatch cut-off, over a weekend or on a bank holiday may not show tracking until the end of the next working day.
Other delivery services may also wait for the courier's next collection before tracking becomes active.
