Yes — we can change your delivery address, but only before your order is dispatched. Once it has left our warehouse, the address cannot be amended.
How to request a change
Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Include your order number (e.g. #123456) and the correct delivery address.
If your order has already been dispatched
Once dispatched, you may be able to update delivery preferences directly with the courier — for example, nominating a safe place or a neighbour. Check the tracking link in your dispatch email for options.
