Resetting your password
Go to the Sign in page and select Forgot password.
Enter the email address linked to your account.
We'll email you a link to reset your password — open it and choose a new one.
Sign in with your new password.

Check your spam or junk folder, make sure you used the email address your account was set up with, and allow a few minutes for it to arrive.
