Yes — you can cancel or amend your order, but only before it is dispatched. We'll always do our best, though as orders can be dispatched quickly we can't guarantee a change or cancellation in time. Once your order has left our warehouse, we are unable to make changes.
How to cancel or amend
Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Email [email protected] or call 01772 875800 (Mon–Fri, 10am–5pm).
Include your order number (e.g. #123456) and what you'd like to change.
If your order has already been dispatched
We cannot recall the parcel once it's with the courier. You're welcome to return the order once you receive it, in line with our returns policy.
