- View the delivery photo on your tracking link to see where the parcel was left.
- In some cases, couriers update the status before actual delivery, please wait 24 hours. If you still haven’t received your parcel, please email us at support@vapeandgo.co.uk with your order number and a photo of your front door so we can investigate further.
