I have been charged for delivery even though my order total is more than £35. Why?

You may have been charged for delivery due to one of the following reasons:

1. Delivery Method Selected
   Free delivery is only available via Royal Mail Tracked 48. If you selected an alternative service such as DPD Next Day, a delivery charge will apply regardless of your order total.

2. Order Value Calculation
   To qualify for free delivery, your order total must exceed £35 after applying any discounts, coupon codes, or loyalty points, and before shipping fees.

3. Delivery Address in Northern Ireland
   Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping to Northern Ireland (BT postcodes). A flat delivery charge of £7.99 applies due to service limitations and higher courier costs in that region.
