Why has my order been returned to you?

Common reasons a parcel is returned to us, and what happens to your order next.

There are a few common reasons an order gets returned to us:

  • You or someone at your address refused the delivery

  • The courier made multiple failed delivery attempts

  • The delivery address was incomplete or incorrect

  • The parcel was damaged in transit and pulled from the network

  • The parcel was left at a pickup point and not collected within 10 days

What happens next

Once the parcel is back at our warehouse, our team will email you to arrange either a re-delivery or a refund. Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of the parcel arriving back with us.

If you haven't heard from us within 5 working days of the tracking showing "returned to sender", email [email protected] with your order number.
